I have been coaching for 20 years, and I am more passionate about helping young sports people develop than ever before. In this age of early specialisation, over playing, over coached and burnt out athletes it breaks my heart to see young people dropping out of activity.

With transport costs and pressures on time, not everyone can make our coaching sessions. That is why I have decided to offer the Excelsior Sports Training System to all potential athletes of whatever level who want to benefit from Expert advice and support.

I have developed this system to allow young sports people to train safely and effectively. Sport should not be for the priviledged few who can afford private tuition.  You shouldn't have to travel for an hour to get good coaching.
