Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Course
This course is ideally aimed at Coaches who wish to gain knowledge about S&C and deliver programmes to their teams and athletes and for students who want to gain a vocational qualification in S&C. The course does require home learning and also the planning and delivery of sessions with athletes.
The cost is £345 and payment in full is required by October 12th

Saturday, October 16th, 2010 - Sunday, October 17th, 2010, Saturday October 30th, 2010. Assessment day Saturday November 27th, 2010.
Course venue: Taunton RFC, Taunton, Somerset. 5 minutes from J25 of the M5, ideal access for the South West.
