Squash Vibe

I was talking about creating a vibe last week. The Millfield squash programme is an example of a Coaching\ Training Environment that has a great Vibe. Ian Thomas, Jonah Barrington and the other coaches have done tremendous work within that small area.  Players turn up wanting to train, work hard, listen to advice, help each other, but also compete like terriers.  Ex pupils and other good players all turn up wanting to be part of something special- that adds to the buzz.
