Then you have come to the wrong place. We work with athletes, mainly developing ones, with some seniors, 4 of whom are currently training for London 2012.
Whilst all the athletes are of different levels and abilities, they do want to get better at their sport.
If you want some tips on getting fit in 2012, then you can download this FREE ebook.

We offer support not a crutch
In the words of Dean Spicer, it is our job to help athletes become self sufficient. When they walk into the sporting arena they are on their own. They need to be able to perform under pressure consistently and injury free. We help them prepare for that. It takes years to get ready for International performance and there are many obstacles along the way.
I recently terminated a contract with someone who wanted "to train like an athlete" even though he was not playing any sport. What he wanted was someone to micro manage him every step of the way and offer up lots of techno gobbledigook.
He was missing the point that successful athletes are athletes because they have a go, they are willing to try new things, they put themselves into places where they might not succeed,
The same thing happened last year when a Personal Training gym wanted me to train their "elite group of trainers". I soon realised this was an ego trip on their part and they just wanted me to show them "The interesting stuff". What he meant was, "skip the fundamentals, the coaching, the experience and the underpinning knowledge and just teach us some new tricks".
As a result of feedback from our existing group of athletes, we shall be making some significant changes to our delivery in 2012. We shall be offering more options for Coach education and for athlete training.
With the London Olympics approaching I have to concentrate my focus on our athletes trying to get selected for that, without neglecting our aspirational athletes or those competing in non -Olympic sports.
It is my aim in 2012 to deliver outstanding coaching and support materials for all our athletes, whatever their age and experience.
